Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelling your place
Enrolment runs month to month by standing order, and you can cancel any time by letting us know before the next month begins. The month you're currently in will be your child's last — you won't be charged from the month after. For example, tell us during November and November is the final month; no charge from December. There's no cancellation fee, and you're only ever billed for months your child is enrolled.
Missed lessons
Group lessons aren't refunded for individual absences, but your child is always welcome to join another group the same week when there's space — so a missed lesson isn't a lost one.
Circumstances beyond our control
If lessons can't take place for reasons outside anyone's control — such as a security or wartime situation, or a government-ordered closure — we'll first move lessons online or reschedule them wherever possible. Any lessons that still can't be delivered will be credited to your account or refunded. You are never charged for lessons we don't provide.
Payments
Billing is a monthly standing order, and a formal receipt is emailed automatically with every payment.
